Lisa went and got her blood drawn today so they can do all the first trimester tests. We are praying that all will go well, but are prepared for whatever comes our way. I guess we will get the results at the 1st OB exam in January, unless there are concerns. I hope they will call if there are problems???? Anyway, also got the packet of info for 1st time moms. It is my list of no nos and such.
On a side note I want to just say how much I dislike rude people. The lady in the lab today was just rude and I think that is horrible. I was actually excited to get my blood drawn because it a part of the whole pregnancy experience and left almost in tears. The more I think about it the more frustrated I get. So, I am going to call the doctor's office her in a bit to make a formal complaint. Thanks for letting me rant.
Thank you to everyone for all of your support and encouragement it means a lot to both of us. Probably won't be much more news till January, so we'll see you all again then.

Sorry about the rude lab person, and I'm glad you are making/already made the complaint. I hope you are enjoying being pregnant.
ReplyDeleteYou should add a "ticker" to your blog so people can follow your progress. Good websites are lilypie.com, baby-gaga.com, and babynamey.com. They are pretty easy to make and post here. It was fun for me to see my own progress and was fun for others, too!
And not that I'm a pregnancy expert or anything, but if you need support or have questions, I'm always around. Congrats again! :)
